New Queens
Bees raise new queens ..
During our recent inspections we have noticed a few of our colonies have a new (unmarked) queen bee. These new queens will have been raised late last summer (by the bees) to replace an old or failing queen. This allows the colony to enter winter with a new prolific queen bee. We will mark these new queens on their thorax (quite harmless) so we can keep a record their age.

Sold Out !
2025 honey now all sold. We have now sold out of our 2025 honey. The bees are working hard gathering nectar to make more honey. If we feel there is surplus honey then we will extract and advise all those who are on our waiting list. We are not expecting this to happen before the middle of May at the earliest.

Honey Price Update
Due to the rising cost of beekeeping equipment we have had to increase our price for honey by 50p per jar. We believe our prices are still extremely good value. We have been able to absorb price increases since 2023 but regret we now have to pass some of this increase on to cover our costs. We believe our prices are still extremely good value for beekeepers honey. A unique fine tasting pure premium product.
